So your child is acting up, they won't respond to anything you suggest or try to do. What's the obvious next course of action? Call 911 of course, but you probably wouldn't expect to get the response from this 911 call operator, who suggested that the police attend and shoot the child in question the ultimate solution to their bad behaviour.
